Summer is out and that means it’s time for Summer Reading. Go to your local Salt Lake County public library and participate in their summer reading program. Find out more at https://www.slcolibrary.org/events/featured/summer-reading-kickoff
Beyond summer reading, the public library offers the following:
- Check out a telescope at the county library,
- Check out a Chromebook or wireless Hotspot so you can stay connected,
- Need a snack, check out the Kids Cafe at participating libraries including the Ruth Tyler library from 3:30 – 9:00 pm (Mon – Thu), 1:00 – 6:00 pm (Fri), and 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Sat.).
- At Ruth Tyler library, every other Thursday from 6:30 – 8:30 pm is Dungeons and Dragons night and Teen crafting night. Call ahead and find out what activities they have.
