February 16, 2023 

1. Approved minutes from previous week
2. Update on build:
   1. Have Dinitry look at format of template on parent square newsletter
   2. All of the pods are painted/dry walled/cabinets going in currently
   3. Construction still on schedule
   4. Collect as much as we can in old building to donate
   5. Staff will be moving out day after last day of school
3. SNAP: Safe Walking Route (copies handed out)
   1. Lost a significant amount of parking due to construction
   2. Upper parking lot is currently narrowed
   3. Bigger parking lots for new school
   4. Remind them to have bus test drive it before fencing goes in
   5. Still trying to get sandy city to install sidewalk on vic’s street
   6. Trying to get them to do crosswalk on 8020s and 1300east
   7. Crossing guards for designated elementary schools
   8. Trying to have Officer Peters present at drop off
   9. SNAP had 3 members sign approval and Brenda
4. TSSP:
   1. Most other schools using RI and MI for their goals
   2. Great growth in our RI scores
   3. Increase ELD/sped students RI scores (writing goals towards that)
   4. Goals with attendance
   5. Team leads going to start helping come up with these goals and home visits (certified teachers only)
   6. Right now, full time reading teacher and half counselor pay with tssp money
   7. Working on rough draft of goals
5. Teacher of the year:
   1. Multiple choices working on top 3 with PTA
