Please read through for information on our May 28th Lagoon Day.
Permission Forms:
- This online form must be filled out to ride the bus to Lagoon: https://canyons.revtrak.net/union-ms-lagoon-day-24#/list (Link can also be found below.)
Transportation:
- Students can coordinate to ride on the same bus by selecting a bus color on the online registration form. All bus selections will be final.
- 8:45 AM Students will start gathering in the cafeteria to join their bus group
- 9:00 AM Buses will depart for Lagoon
- 5:00 PM Students will be required to be on the bus
- 5:15 Buses will depart Lagoon for Union Middle
- 6:00 Approximate arrival time at Union
- Students that ride to Lagoon on a bus must ride back to school
- Students must ride the same bus color back to school
- Do not leave anything on the bus, as they may not stay at Lagoon all day.
Admission:
- Lagoon will be open to the public on the day of our visit.
- Lagoon will allow students to purchase an All Day Passport for $54.
- Students do not need to purchase a passport if they have a season pass.
- Online student tickets: Student tickets will be available to purchase online in advance of your school day. Students can go to Lagoon’s website to purchase tickets using the promo code for the $54 rate.

- Tickets purchased for the School Day discount will only be valid on May 28.
- If students purchase their tickets online (recommended) in advance, they can go directly to the entrance gates with their digital ticket.
- Lagoon ticket windows will still be open on School Days for students to purchase on the day of the event. There may be a long wait in the lines to do this.
- A student does not have to purchase a ticket to enter the park but must purchase a ticket to ride the attractions. Students may obtain a “Strip Pass” for free from Customer Service at Lagoon. The Strip Pass will allow the student to ride seven designated rides for free in lieu of purchasing an All Day Pass.
Dress:
- Students dress must be school appropriate and give adequate protection against sunburn or inclement weather.
Behavior:
- All students are subject to park rules. Guest expectations can be found on Lagoon’s website
- Students are representing Canyons School District. Proper behavior is required.
- Students not meeting behavior expectations will be excused from the park. Transportation becomes the responsibility of the parent if this occurs.
Food:
- Lunch may be carried in by the student or purchased at the park.
- Lagoon does have lockers students may rent for a fee.
