Meeting Minutes
Welcome and introductions.
Approval of September 9,2025, previous meeting minutes.
Agenda for October 16, 2025

Bylaws- were discussed, updated and approved. Updates to the bylaws are below.
- Council will consist of at least 6 members but not exceed 15 voting members, including the principal.
- Council terms updated to 1-year terms.
- Duties of council members are added to the bylaws.
Safe Routes Plan – was discussed and approved with concerns.
- Concern: student crossings at 7800 S & Union Park (approx. 622 East). The council would like the district to review this area of the safe routes plan.
Tardy/Attendance- Lunch detention issued to students with 5 tardies. Tardy notifications sent to parents via ParentSquare. Tardies reset quarterly.
School Safety Plan – evacuation plan was updated.
25-26 School Plan – 2 new secretaries were hired, and hours were discussed.
PTSA – Raise Craze, kindness fundraiser ends 10/17. Community Service Night was held on 10/21.
