Author Marc J. Gregson Inspires Students at Union Middle School
Union Middle School was thrilled to host acclaimed author Marc J. Gregson, the mind behind the New York Times best-selling novel Sky’s End. Mr. Gregson visited the school to share insights from his writing journey and inspire future authors.
During his visit, Gregson captivated students with stories about the creation of Sky’s End, detailing the challenges and triumphs he faced on his path to becoming a successful writer. His engaging presentation offered a unique glimpse into the life of an author, sparking the imaginations of students and encouraging them to pursue their writing passions.
Gregson followed up his presentation with a question and answer session where students posed insightful questions. They were eager to learn about the writing process, seeking Gregson’s advice on how to start their own writing journey and what it truly means to be an author. Gregson’s responses were not only informative but also deeply inspiring, encouraging students to believe in their creative potential.
Following his talk, Gregson graciously stayed to sign copies of his novel for members of the school’s Book Club. In a special tradition, he also brought along a personal copy of Sky’s End for students to sign.
